Ideally yes — you know your business best. We'll send you a simple content brief telling you exactly what we need. If you don't have professional photos, we can source high-quality stock images that fit your brand. Copywriting is available as an add-on from $150 per page.

50% upfront once you approve the mockup and are ready to proceed. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery, after you review and approve the finished site. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

No. Our prices are one-time, flat-rate fees — you own the site outright. There is no ongoing subscription to us. You will have separate costs for your domain (~$15/yr) and hosting — but we build on Cloudflare Pages which is free for most small business sites.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun — this covers our design and development time. The free mockup means you've already seen and approved the direction before paying. If we fail to deliver on our end, we'll refund any overpaid amount. Full details in our Terms of Service.

Yes — additional pages are available from $150 each. Extra features (booking integrations, e-commerce, custom forms) are quoted case by case. Just let us know upfront so we can plan accordingly.

Yes. We deliver organized, well-commented code along with a simple handoff guide. Basic edits — changing text, updating hours, swapping images — are straightforward for anyone comfortable with a text editor. For anything more involved, we offer post-launch changes at $75/hr or via monthly retainer.

Yes. Every site includes proper meta tags, Open Graph, sitemap.xml, schema markup, and semantic HTML — the technical foundation Google needs to index and rank your site. For local businesses, we also optimize for "near me" searches. Professional and Premium plans include Google Analytics 4 setup and Google My Business guidance.

Premium plan clients get 30 days of post-launch support included. All other plans: post-launch changes are billed at $75/hr or $150 per revision round. We're always available — just email us and we'll sort it quickly.

Yes. Our monthly retainer starts at $150/mo and covers: hosting management, security monitoring, content updates (up to 2 hours/mo), and priority support. It's optional — many clients manage independently — but it's there if you want it.
